What is PlanVortex?
PlanVortex is a platform for managing social media: publishing, scheduling, generating content with artificial intelligence and measuring results across every account you handle, from a single dashboard. Everything that dashboard does is also available to embed inside your own application. It is used by agencies, software companies and marketing teams that manage several accounts or several clients at once.
Which social networks can I publish to?
Right now: Facebook (pages and groups), Instagram (feed, reels and stories), X, LinkedIn (pages and profiles), TikTok (video) and WhatsApp (broadcast and messages). We keep adding new platforms, and when one arrives it is available on every plan without you having to do anything.
How much does PlanVortex cost?
There is a free plan with 3 connected accounts and no card. Basic costs €15 per month plus VAT and Pro €30 per month plus VAT. The Custom plan lets you set each resource by hand — accounts, posts, users and AI credits — and it is the one that gives access to the API and to creating your own apps; with its minimum resources it starts at around €79 per month plus VAT. There is no $149 minimum and no mandatory sales call to learn the price.
Do I need to pass Meta or TikTok verification?
No. PlanVortex's permissions on Meta and TikTok are already approved to serve third parties, so you skip the business verification, the screen recordings and the weeks of waiting. You can publish the same day you sign up.
How is it different from Ayrshare, Buffer or Hootsuite?
Buffer and Hootsuite are built for a company to manage its own networks. PlanVortex is built for whoever manages many: it separates clients, organisations and accounts by default. Against tools like Ayrshare, the main differences are the real free plan, the management dashboard included alongside the API, image generation with artificial intelligence on top of the copy, and a published price: the plan comparable to Ayrshare is our Custom, which starts at around €79 per month plus VAT against their $149.
Can I give my clients a dashboard with my own brand?
Today it is not something you can switch on yourself in the dashboard, but it is something we set up on request: the full dashboard — calendar, editor, per-network previews and approvals — served with your logo, your colours and your domain, with no reference to PlanVortex. What exactly does the artificial intelligence generate?
From a topic, it plans the whole week: it writes the copy adapted to each network, generates the images that go with it and schedules each post at a sensible time. It is paid for in credits included in your plan, and the cost is shown before generating. You can also configure your own models with your provider key, in which case those generations do not consume credits.
How do I find out that a post has failed?
We tell you the moment it happens: in the dashboard, by email and, if you have integrated PlanVortex into your own application, in your system too. The alert includes the reason for the failure and when it will be retried, so you never have to check by hand.
Can I integrate it inside my own application?
Yes, with the Custom plan, which is the one that lets you create your own apps and use the API. You can publish and schedule, pull in the metrics, let your users link their networks without leaving your application and receive real-time alerts.
