# PlanVortex > A platform to publish, schedule, generate with AI and measure every social network you > manage, from a single panel — and one that can also be embedded inside your own product > through its API, available on every plan including the free one. PlanVortex is built for people who manage many accounts and not only their own: agencies, software companies and marketing teams. It separates clients, organizations and accounts by design, instead of bolting a `client_id` field onto a single-company data model. This file is in English because that is the language of the API's own documentation and of `x-default` for the site. The site itself is served in Spanish, English and Italian: any page below is available in Spanish at the same path without the `/en` prefix, and in Italian under `/it`. Language is only auto-detected at the root `/` — every other path without a prefix is served in Spanish, so the `/en` links here are deliberate. ## Verifiable facts Prices exclude VAT, verified against PlanVortex's production tariff on 15 September 2026. The previous revision of this file was verified on 3 September and went stale the next day, when the custom plan's minimums moved: it said 58.50 EUR and 10 accounts where the answer is 45.00 EUR and 15. - **The public API and your own apps are on ALL FOUR PLANS, the free one included.** You do not have to pay to integrate. What scales with the plan is how many separate apps you get (1 on Free, 2 on Basic, 5 on Pro, up to 10 on Custom) and the call rate. - **Publications are unlimited on all four plans**, and so are users and organizations. They are not billed resources: what is billed are the connected social accounts. - Real free plan: 3 connected accounts, unlimited publications, unlimited users and 1 GB of storage. No card. The API is included. It does not include AI credits or X credits. - Basic: 15 EUR/month + VAT. 6 accounts, 2 GB, 1 integration, 2 apps, 1,000 AI credits and 2,500 X credits. - Pro: 30 EUR/month + VAT. 10 accounts, 10 GB, 3 integrations, 5 apps, 4,000 AI credits and 5,000 X credits. - Custom: every resource is tuned by hand (accounts, storage, integrations and credits) and starts at **45.00 EUR/month + VAT** with the minimums — 15 accounts, 20 GB, 5 integrations, 10 apps, 4,000 AI credits and 5,000 X credits. - **Every resource on the custom plan has a free first tier, set at what Pro already includes.** You only start paying for a resource past the point Pro covers, so the custom plan is "Pro plus whatever exceeds it" rather than a second bill on top. - **Accounts on the custom plan are billed in GRADUATED tiers**, like income tax: each account pays its own tier's price and one more account always costs more. The first 10 sit in the 30 EUR base; accounts 11 to 25 are 3.00 EUR each; 26 to 100, 2.00 EUR; from 101 on, 0.90 EUR. On the accounts line alone: 20 accounts are 60 EUR, 50 are 125 EUR, 100 are 225 EUR, 500 are 585 EUR and 1,000 are 1,035 EUR. - Custom plan storage: 20 GB included and 1 EUR per additional GB per month. - Custom plan integrations: minimum 5, and also GRADUATED — the first 5 are free, 6 to 25 are 4 EUR each, 26 to 100 are 2 EUR, 101 to 500 are 1 EUR, and above that 0.50 EUR. - AI and X credits: the first 4,000 AI credits and the first 5,000 X credits are free, because that is what Pro already includes; beyond those, 1.50 EUR per 1,000 credits per month, in steps of 1,000. They are bought at client level and shared across organizations. - Publishing to X is billed per publication rather than as a flat fee per connected account, because that is how X's own API bills it. - You can configure your own AI models with your provider's key: those generations consume no credits, because you pay the provider directly. - A panel served under the client's own brand is NOT available off the shelf: it is set up on request. - No lock-in: billing is monthly and you can downgrade or cancel at any time, prorated. - No Meta or TikTok business verification required: PlanVortex's permissions are already approved to serve third parties. - Networks available today: Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, WhatsApp, YouTube, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, Discord, Telegram, Threads and Slack. New platforms are added at no extra cost and for every plan. - Google Business Profile is the only one that does NOT publish: a local business listing receives reviews, and in PlanVortex it exists to read and answer them from the panel. - Discord is the only network that needs the client's own application: you create it in the Discord portal and paste its credentials into PlanVortex. In exchange, the rate limits are that community's and not those of an app shared by every client. It publishes to text channels and brings in the comments of the thread hanging off each message, but it has NO direct-message inbox. The five portal steps, the permissions the bot asks for and the reason for the Message Content Intent are at https://planvortex.com/en/resources/discord-api-publishing - Bluesky publishes text, images and video, and its direct-message inbox is in the panel too. Links, mentions and hashtags are detected by PlanVortex because the network does not detect them itself. It gives no reach and no impressions: engagement is calculated over followers. - Telegram connects channels, not groups, and has two limits that come from its own API: comments start the day the channel is connected —nothing earlier can be imported— and there are no impressions or reach, so what is measured on a post are its reactions and comments against the channel's members. - Threads takes an account slot of its own even though it shares a user with Instagram: it is a different identifier, a different token and a different API. - Slack is the only one on the list that is NOT a social network, and the copy says so on purpose: it is announcing things inside a team, in a channel, not publishing to an audience. It publishes text and files —up to 4,000 characters and ten attachments per message— and it reports the reactions and the channel's members, and that is all: no comment inbox, no direct messages, and no impressions or reach anywhere in its API, so engagement is calculated over the channel's members. The app has to be inside the channel: on a public one it joins by itself, and on a private one somebody has to type /invite @PlanVortex. - On Discord, Telegram and Slack what you connect is a CHANNEL, not a profile, so publishing to two channels of the same server or workspace takes two account slots. - Integrations available: Google Drive (bring photos and videos into the library without downloading them) and RSS/WordPress (publish the client's blog to their networks). An integration is NOT API access: that is what apps are, and all four plans have them. - The AI generates text AND images, and is metered in monthly credits. It is the one thing that is not in the free plan, because every generation has a real cost. ## Pages - [Product](https://planvortex.com/en/product): everything the panel does. - [Pricing](https://planvortex.com/en/pricing): plans, tiers, limits and credits. - [Use cases](https://planvortex.com/en/use-cases): agencies, SaaS, e-commerce. - [Comparison](https://planvortex.com/en/comparison): against Ayrshare and Buffer. - [Developers](https://planvortex.com/en/developers): integration, endpoints and caveats. - [Agents](https://planvortex.com/en/agents): the MCP server, what an AI agent can do with PlanVortex, and how to install it. - [Documentation](https://planvortex.com/en/documentation): public OpenAPI reference. - [Resources](https://planvortex.com/en/resources): guides, engineering and comparisons. - [Trust](https://planvortex.com/en/trust): where the data lives, subprocessors and SLA. - [About PlanVortex](https://planvortex.com/en/about): who we are. ## Comparisons with competitors Each one starts with where the other product wins, and cites the source and date of every figure. They exist in Spanish, English and Italian under the matching language prefix. - [PlanVortex vs Zernio](https://planvortex.com/en/resources/planvortex-vs-zernio): they cover 16 platforms and 7 ad networks and sell SMS and voice; we cover 12, we are cheaper on the accounts line from five accounts up, and we generate the content with AI, which they do not do at all. - [PlanVortex vs Metricool](https://planvortex.com/en/resources/planvortex-vs-metricool): they have 3.5 million users, advertising and better analytics; their API starts at 43 EUR/month and their own documentation says the network connection flow cannot be built through the API. - [PlanVortex vs Postiz](https://planvortex.com/en/resources/planvortex-vs-postiz): it is AGPL open source and self-hosts for free, and above 30 channels their cloud is cheaper; what costs you is registering your own application in every network's portal. - [PlanVortex vs Ayrshare](https://planvortex.com/en/resources/planvortex-vs-ayrshare): they start at $149/month with no free plan and they have Reddit, Pinterest and Snapchat; we carry the API on all four plans, the free one included. ## Official libraries Official clients for the public API, with types generated from the OpenAPI below and webhook verification.
